What is SailboardAlley.com's return policy?
We understand that buying something sight unseen, using just a picture and description is risky. Thus you may return any unused item within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price plus outbound shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The only exception on the return shipping cost policy is on footwear. Because of the additional risk of ordering the incorrect size, SailboardAlley.com will pay the cost of return shipping when returning for a different size. We will also pay for the outbound shipping cost on the replacement item.
Why are there no boards, sails, booms and masts available on SailboardAlley.com?
We are starting out small, literally by focusing on the small stuff. Our plan is to create a niche for SailboardAlley.com by specializing in accessories and carrying hard to find parts. We will be adding masts to the website sometime in the future.

This is the way our software indicates that we are out of stock. We know this not an ideal system to communicate stock level. Rest assured our crack team of programmer is working on a better system.
Why does SailboardAlley.com only ship within the USA?
As we get the business and website going there are many issues to deal with. One issue we chose not to tackle at this time is the business and legal requirements of international selling and shipping. In the future as we get many startup issues behind us, we may revisit this issue.
I submitted a review but I do not see it on the website, why?
Reviews do not appear on the website until they are approved by an administrator. It is our policy to only approve reviews from Sailboard Alley customers who have actually purchased the product they are reviewing. We also reserve the right to reject reviews that do not contain any useful information. If someone says simply "Product X sucks" with no detail as to why they came to that conclusion, that review will be rejected.
