Sailboard Alley Returns Policy

Regular Items:

Sailboard accepts the return of any UNUSED items within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund including outbound shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Sailboard Alley. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. Credit will be issued through the same method used in making the original purchase. Do not ship the item(s) COD, the shipment will not be accepted.

Footwear Right Size Guarantee (USA Only!):

At Sailboardalley.com we understand that a good fit is critical for windsurfing footwear. Therefore we are prepared to make certain that you get the proper size. If you need to return a pair of boots to exchange for a different size, Sailboard Alley will pay the cost of the return shipping and ship out the new pair at our expense. This policy does not apply to any footwear either on sale or marked as Closeout. The guarantee only covers a single return and exchange. If you wish to return the exchanged boots for any reason, you must ship them back to Sailboard Alley at your expense.
