The Sailboardalley.com website software attempts to calculate the true cost of shipping based on item(s) weight, size and shipping destination. Our shipping rates are updated whenever we receive orders with major discrepancies between the charged and true cost of shipping. If you believe the shipping charges on your order are excessive please call or email us and we will manually review your order. Orders over $100 may be eligible for free shipping. Shipping, Billing addresses:

Sailboardalley.com website software will accept orders that are shipped to an address different than the billing address on the credit card. Sailboard Alley reserves the right to manually review and refuse/refund such orders for any reason.
